-i was in a country where i was able to drink true bonebroth soup multiple times a week. i also ate xylitol based gum which was the most common type of gym there daily.
-i did not see a dentist for 5 years, saw one once in 10 years and after that time went and got checked and had ZERO cavities.
im trying to be serious here, so not just saying "bone broth makes superhuman teeth" but i started out with horrible tooth health and enamel issues from a childhood issue. ive probably had about 30+ cavities in my life and one root canal, braces for a decade and 5 wisdom teeth out (stupid ass "EEXXXPPERRRTT" orthodontist fucked up and ruined a back molar then "had to" take it out in an additional surgery).
-yeah fuck them at least my work insurance covers it 100% now
