He couldn't just sit back and be the "father of the people" you see, instead he got baited by journos all the time, and he went to say shit like "I'm not a gravedigger" (when asked about covid deaths), "covid was just a little flu", "so what, what do you want me to do?" (about the dead people), "covid its like rain, you will get it", etc.
Those phrases were, of course, utilized by the opposition to make him like a monster, when he's just really, really dumb.
I have hopes for Tarcísio, Governor of SP, in 2026. I don't think he'll be brilliant, just a pragmatic politician, something we desperately need.
