If your thing about a cycle of ~100 years is correct, and the lead up to WWII was the start of a new one, it might be 10-16 years tops before the cycle starts anew. In the 1920s Hitler was rising because of his opposition to (((Communism))) and he became Chancellor in 1933. I would say right now people are still too comfortable.
