Their HQ in America has real Egyptian stuff and there's no facade of being a "charitable organization".
Their connection to anything is dubious and they basically repackage the Old Testament as "allegory". My Lodge even gave out a KJV Bible at the end. It's basically Judaism/Kaballah for goyim. It was some of the lowest IQ larping I've ever seen.
Again, AMORC is larpy too but they don't make you jump through hoops and pedos to get to the core of things.

-Greeks (PIE people who worship the Sky Father and holy caste systems and ritualistic warfare) come into a world dominated by Anatolian Neolithic Farmers but tons of the ANF stuff remains like Gaia/Demeter, Hades, and the Flood + Mt Parnassus/Deucalion (Pelasgian Noah) as well as direct stuff in the form of the Mystery Schools
-Hinduism - tons of pre PIE motifs
-Zoroastrianism - Fire worship not too different from Hesta/Vesta stuff that the Proto-PIE's would have encountered the second they moved West and met with the Anatolian Neolithic Farmer Danubian Culture (see Cucuteni-Trypillian culture and ritualistic burning of settlements/fire worship)
-Norse reverence of the Vanir (Vanir = pre-PIE so Anatolian Neolithic Farmer + Palelolithic Hunter Gatherer religion)
Granted demonizing the "Old Ways" is probably just good strategy imo but they never do away with them completely. The ANF were prolific temple builders, farmers, and later blacksmiths (blacksmithing is absorbed by PIE's invading the Dannubian ANF cultures and iron smelting is invented by heavily ANF people in Anatolia possibly the Hurrians/Hattians).
