I'm not talking about pf changs or any other americanized chinese restaurants that have standards. I'm talking about all the rinky dink old dirty Chinese restaurants where your food is magically ready within 5 minutes of placing your order(more than 5 minutes if you order with the sauce on the side since they have to make it fresh)
