The MAID staff have been on strike for two weeks and all euthanasias have been put on hold. Patients are tired of waiting and some of them have started to suggest performing the euthanasias themselves. One guy in particular is euthanizing other patients by drowning them in a bathtub.

Your cellmate (pic related) says he wants to try it out. So the two of you go meet him in the basement. He's waiting for you in a tiny dark room with a bathtub full of water in the middle. He's 6'5”

He ties the two of you up with zip ties that he tightly wraps around your hands and feet. He sits you down with your back against the wall so you can watch him euthanize your cellmate. He grabs your cellmate by the arm and lays him down in the bathtub. He sits on top of him and firmly holds his head below water. You can see your cellmate's skinny legs kicking desperately and pointlessly in the air as he slowly drowns. The guy barely moves at all as he easily overpowers him.

After a few minutes, your cellmate's legs go completely limp. The guy lifts his skinny body out of the bathtub and throws it aside. He then points at you and says it's your turn.
