Like I give a shit. Minimum wage is 13.50 here. Restaurants will need to pay employees the hourly minimum wage if their tips don't equate to the minimum wage for hours worked that night.

Once upon a time I use to tip but service is crap everywhere. I stopped wanting to sit through crap service where my glass is empty for 30+ minutes.

Only places I tip are places with minimum gratuity. The staff is highly trained and provide excellence service. Wine glass starting to get low? Offered a refill on the spot. No need to flag anyone down..

This. I flag down the bus boys because the waiters are nowhere to be found. It shouldn't be possible for my drink to get remotely low. How hard is it to check a table every 5 or 10 minutes. With universal crap service there's no point in tipping anymore.
