our mass produced chocolate has preservatives because its a big country and shipping dairy takes longer. you dont have to buy the mass produced stuff though. poorer people often will choose the vomit chocolate since its cheap of course. i dont think anyone prefers the vomit chocolate, but chooses it because convenience and price.
