2/60 days of quiting cigarettes

Went outside for a walk today. Fall is beautiful. Really had the urge to smoke a cigarette today but i didn’t. I just sat on a bench and drank tea. I have been drinking a lot of tea and coffee lately. Since yesterday i have consumed 3 liters of fruit tea. I told no one at work so i still go outside to “smoke” but in reality i just stand there and enjoy the breeze. I really fucking miss smoking but i wont fucking smoke.
