The question is what you do with it.
Someone who beat their children has a very big problem to solve. Not the children.
A boomer who stays in position and bullies other people away from his job and from his company, has a very big problem coming for him and all other boomers who do that. Not the younger generation that's being pushed off.
Boomers bully the younger generations.
Younger generations are held back in their development by these boomers.
Younger generations go their own way, do their own thing instead.
Boomers now need other people to work for them and import a bunch of them because those are cheaper and won't compete.
Boomers find that these import workers are dogshit at the job and need handholding, but instead of getting pissed off, boomers recognise that this makes boomers more valuable than ever before, thus brushing their own ego.
Eventually boomers get too old and wanna retire, but there's nobody who can take their position and do a good job.
Younger generations don't want the position anymore and are doing their own thing now.
Boomers get really upset as younger generations basically abandon all the hard work of the boomers who raped them.
Then finally when boomers retire, their own children send them to retirement homes ASAP and take everything for themselves, good riddance.
But what about relations between younger generations?
Millennials and zoomers seem to be compatible. No fuss there.
The next generation too.
It would seem that the only ones who die the dividing and conquering were the boomers who divided themselves away from the world and took the whole world's wealth with them.
As boomers decay, that wealth is being conquered back by everyone else.
