Try to push normal missions as far as you can then sweep whatever tier you need (like t4 bags for example)
Also good to know -> always sweep for the equipment that you need as is in FAR LEFT position. For example if you need t4 bag you want to sweep bags far left followed by lets say boots and leaves. The drop rate for far left equip is higher that the one on the right.
