OP, listen to me and listen now - go to a fucking hospital. I blew out one of my testicle cords a while back after leg day at the gym and one of my glorious yams swole to the size of my fist (which is large and insanely powerful). Pain set in about a day and a half later. I didn't like this and it gets worse, because your marbles can get infected. They'll give you some horse pill you take by mouth that makes your piss look like blood, but what I'm trying to say is - you need to stop jacking off for a minute and go to the emergency room.
