it's not really a vario/hydrocele in there, it's a type of lipoma, cancer, but they do not want to pay you cancer money because you did not go to college

the cure for cancer is bottled water. remove all tap water from your diet, including bread, and the pain will stop. few years and the lipomas should shrink or properly separate into puss/fat as the body intended before you starved it of water

Yes, it's backflow blood getting trapped in your ballsack blood circuit. If you lay on your back and lift your balls you can actually drain the blood properly and the varicocele will disappear, but then reappear as soon as you stand.

I had mine since age 18 and it's crazy how doctors and urologists had no idea what was going on. I had ultrasounds on my ballsack and everything. Took until age 27 before someone diagnosed it as varicocele. At that point I thought I was fried.

Nope. The best thing you can do it prevent them from happening in the first place by living a healthy active lifestyle and eating clean foods.
If you already have it there is no solution other than surgery or embolization.

I have a small varicocele that is only visible with an ultrasound so my urologist doesn't recommend surgery for now.
Varicoceles are actually quite common and typically cause no issue. I believe around 25% of men will get one in their lifetime.

I would recommend getting your sperm counted and testosterone levels checked yearly, it can have an insidious effect. Also buy an orchidometer to monitor any decrease in size. I can't recommend you doing the procedure over there, I have an American friend who recently got a vasectomy performed on him by a fucking family doctor of all people and they botched the fucking shit out of it, I don't see how it can even be legal for a family doc to do that...

I've had it for over 20 years. Never did anything about it. My sperm count and testosterone are both high. Balls are good size, not small.
I think it just raises the temperature a bit. I wear loose boxers and one ball does hang slightly lower, but otherwise it seems to have no affect.

I'd bet money on it being volume overload due to bearing down too much, too frequently (taking a fat shit or squats). For many people they can be very painful and potentially affect fertility. Picrel shows why the left nut is the dumb nut, venous drainage goes to the left kidney, and is most likely to cause a varicocele because of this.

Poor man's diagnosis, run your thumb and index across nut tube. If one side feels fat like worms you probably have a varicocele.

Otherwise diagnostic is ultrasound, which is cheap as fuck as far as imaging goes and will rule out anything more serious like a mass

Im like 99% sure I have this. Went noCaffeine, NoFap, stopped workout supplements, stopped leg day, and stopped riding the bike. Pain went away gradually over a year of the new lifestyle. As I'm sitting here now I can feel a slightly larger grouping of veins behind the left ball, but no pain. The majority of my day there will be no swollen veins. I did have my T and sperm checked at age 24, and again at 30 and it was normal both times. I guess that means the right ball is just a turbochad picking up the slack? There are different grades to varicocele, so maybe mine wasn't so critical, but I lived with ball soreness for at least 5 years like a retard so I'm guessing the left nut is toast and testicular cancer is in my near future.
