Dear Diary,

Today is totally over.

My mother has officially traded her entire family for a 50y.o. uneducated half-gypsy illiterate. He was her boyfriend since I was 14. It came up that he had been sexually abusing my sister for about 5 years, but it really peaked 6 months ago.

Our whole family was trying to sort this situation out. The situation was complicated. My mother could not believe that something like this had happened and sort of went crazy (panic attacks), but then she still stood in contact with him (meetings, calls, and messages), even though she kicked him out of the house. We found out many times that she has done this for multiple reasons, but we (besides me) have forgiven her (I did not).
My sister told the teachers at the school after he left. The school has contacted a non-profit that protects children... tl;dr he got a restraining order.

On Tuesday my brother found a second phone with messages that proved that they were still talking like nothing happened. He confronted her... but for nothing.

So now.
I can not express what I feel, part of me feels defeated, and other angry, that a family member could give up sons, daughters, and own mother for a literal nigger.
