You need following PC parts (not a laptop)
>obscure AMD CPU made in 2001 but released to public not before 2003 January, CPUs are manufactured in GERMANY
>put in 2x 2GHz AMD CPUs onto SAME motherboard (you need two CPU coolers)
>motherboard is really obscure and hard to find, chipset is named AMD 8000, manufacturers include ArimaRioworks from Rio de Janeiro (long gone and dead)
>RAM is very obscure and hard to obtain, put in 8x sticks of 1GB DDR1 ECC Registered RAM which speed is either 333 or 400
>YOU NEED 1000 watt power supply for it! And it requires SSI CPU power connector instead of the business as usual
>GPU can be whatever but remember it is AGP 8X or AGP Pro, it needs to be 1.5 volt voltage card, suitable cards are ATI FireGL2 (obscure)
>OR put in PCI32bit GPU but these are hard to find, maube harder than AGP
>MOTHERBOARD DOES NOT HAVE INTEGRATED GRAPHICS
Now you have untraceable hardware but you need to still figure out a untraceable OS.
