It annoys me how she enables some of the more degenerate shit her friends/relatives do, though.
For example, she recently went to a gay pride parade with her hard-of-hearing step-sister who recently came out. I got mad at her for somewhat-obvious reasons, but she didn't resent me for it. She thinks her step-sister's just having a phase or something, and only went with her because she feels bad that her nearly-deaf sister used to get bullied.
