And now you're here, playing video games and jerking off in your apartment by yourself instead of exploring and seeing the world, and living to the best of your ability. One day you'll be old and no longer able to travel, and you'll spend your dwindling years watching TV and eating at restaurants, trying to find meaning in that. Finally, you'll end up in hospice on a vent waiting for the day to come when your heart simply gives out, hoping that you don't shit yourself in pain on the way towards oblivion. After that, you go back to sleep. Forever. And none of it really meant anything. That's the scariest part about death, your consciousness simply dissolves and it's like you were never here. Existing is therefore pretty much a curse. You're sentient just long enough to realize how fleeting it is.
