I was in two threads with him. One on /b/, and another on /bant/ from today. From what I've got, he is 28 and lives in Florida. He has been attracted to this stuff since he was about 14 years old. And he doesn't feel any kind of shame--he gets off to it.
He can try to deny it all he fucking wants, but Dogfucker, I know it's you. The german shepherds in each post, the attention to detail on the spelling and punctuation, you can't fucking hide yourself, we know it's you. I don't even try that hard to find you, I just browsed /bant/ for something to do and I see an Anon posted a german shepherd as the head image and thought: "He's back again."
So yeah, don't give this guy names, he just wants to name a dog he wants to fuck
