Some can be made very simply like peanut oil from simply crushing peanuts with rocks, which is probably least harmful/dangerous. Olive oil is just pressing olives, so similarly very low impact and healthy. Butter from simply shaking or churning cream, also simple and unlikely to be a problem. But look at the extreme process that goes into something like rapeseed oil. It's extremely unlikely that it's a good idea health wise. Typically the more processed a food is the more likely it is to kill you through cancers, strokes, obesity, etc. It's effectively a universal law in food. So yes, these seed oils are killing people through heart attacks and cancers. Look at French and Mediterranean diets for examples of olive oil and butter consumed in high amounts, yet heart attacks are very low incidence. Look into it for yourself and see what you think, but it's quickly obvious that modern medicine is completely wrong about fats, oils, and what's "healthy".
