the reality is; rent is $2000/mo and minimum wage is $7.25/hr. you can go to college full time sure; but how are you going to pay the rent? the only people going to college full time are those who are getting rent paid for them (rich parents). You'll put it off while waging to survive and before you know it your 60 working at walmart for minimum wage.
even with the degree prospects aren't great, and most american's aren't patriotic, most people are poor and depressed; and then start doing drugs. the next generation is totally fucked.
