You know that those doors only stay open for a few seconds right?
Even if you do manage to detect the increased RCS in that short time frame, by the time you get a missile off it will be long gone.

I heard they added boosted packs onto the T-62's they're using in ukraine, for quicker lift off which should help vs this plane.
