>>19226380I think calisthenics and weighted calisthenics are great, because you get lean, natural muscle proportions, no matter what bodyhalf you are training, there's no need to buy a squat rack with a gazillion pl8s.
I started with a bunch of squats with my 20kg dumbbell, then shit form 1 leg wall assisted squats and BS.
Now I do slow, proper 2 finger assisted 1 leg squats and Weighted 1,5 rep BS.
Hits breddy good.
But I'll look into lunges aswell now
I'd skip the 1 leg squats for now and stick to BS and lunges.
