I recommend either Noto Sans Shavian or Inter Alia.
Keyboard layouts can be downloaded from the Keyman website or app. There are two main ones, Shaw QWERTY—which is more familiar but less efficient to use (a lot of letters require shift)—and Shaw Imperial , which is optimized for Shavian. It's difficult and frustrating to use at first, more effort to learn but the payoff is worth it.
