My brother has been doing poorly as of late he's almost 30 and lives at home. He doesn't work and is single. But more worrying he beat a family dog for 10 minutes straight while insulting him. My mom asked him to do a chore and he freaked out and that led to her confronting him for being a NEET and a dog abuser and he blew up even further. He yelled at her, she admitted she hates him and he asked for his gun that was misplaced. He's been isolating only coming out to occasionally shower or use the restroom for about a week and a half. I am sorta his only friend as he has none. I tried reaching out to him and he ignored my calls and then went onto do not disturb. I tried knocking on his door and everything he is refusing to talk. Is he dangerous? Should he just be kicked out at this point? My mom plans to confront him again. I'm worried he might hurt her or me.
