God damn no wonder people dont bother with this shit and or give up after 6-12 months, I'm really fucking stubborn so I kept lifting for 10 years and it made 0 fucking difference lmao
What a waste of time. I bet this shit does nothing unless you actually have the genetics for it. All the guys I know that gave up lifting after 6-12 months and told me its pointless were right all along.

If only I had spent 10 years making businesses or something I would have actually got results from my effort, instead I wasted 10 years lifting weights and being autistic about nutrition, only to see fuck all results from it in 10 years
For those on "self improvement" path, don't waste time with lifting, just go for daily walks or some shit, you'll pretty much look the same as 10 year lifter does anyway, minus all the strenuous effort and forcing down all that protein.
