While lifting 2kg is honestly pathetic, technically all the people around you in the gym would have to start from lifting those 2kg weights to get to the point where they are lifting 20-30kg.
So my recommendation is to either switch gyms or just put your headphones on and zone out the other people around you, as it does not matter what they think as this is YOUR journey that you're on, not theirs.

thanks for the advice I'm afraid of going to the gym but I will try again at a time with less people I suppose. I will do 2kg-4kg until I can easily clear my exercises. right now I literally cant lift 10kg over my head.

Divide your body into 3 parts. Exercise one of those three parts every other day. Come up with about 5-6 exercises per body part with 3-5 sets each.
Im not a professional PT, so I cannot be too helpful, but you should research a body builder and make a workout plan on what they recommend/do.
