Women are mostly the same, meaning they all have nearly the same IQ. Having a higher IQ is very rare, but also being a retard amongst women is rare.
E.g. Men can have any IQ, both smart and dumb, which explains Men geniuses. it is rare when a female is either dumb or smart.
