They are a tribe who come from a period when proselytizing was not invented (Christians created the concept) so the idea of spreading your religion or getting others to convert has always been foreign...unless you want to join the tribe.
Biologically the majority of Jews have a mixed Europe and Arabic mix. They view view themselves as white but a minority. Though they are a religion so really anyone can be a Jew if they want. As far as I am aware they are not in control of the world. Though the subculture like Asians ones pushes education on their child with pressure.
There is also a major separation between the liberal Jews of America and the conservatives Jews of Israel. The National Socialists like to use this against the Jews over all because truthfully they share more on common with the Israelis while both dislike their liberal counter parts.
