ALWAYS check the race of the person making the tutorials. If it's a nigger or a spic, close the tutorial immediately, they're low IQ as shit. You'll just learn wrong things and get worse. Even whites should be avoided because the white race has been degenerating at a rapid rate since Hitler lost the war. Always make sure they're East Asian. That's the best advice I can give you.

focus more on what you think you fail at most
try to improve there
draw more
get more tips from people
try many different things
repeat process. there is no end to this btw, even the best artists still follow these steps

don't try to look for tutorials if you havent tried to draw yet. start drawing THEN seek help. you wont know what you need help with if you dont know what you fail at

the single most useful advice i got when learning to draw was to break down everything into simple shapes, that coupled with a picture explaining character heights helped me immensely
this way you can draw decent proportions, as for details such as eyes, hair, etc... i personally just copied them off of other pictures
then also remember youll have to draw a lot and fail a lot to get better
