- Alabama is 66.5% White and 26.9% Black
- Louisiana is 58.7% White and 32.6% Black
At this point you may think that the reason these 2 states have the biggest penises is because of their significant black population, but then comes...
- West Virginia is 93% White and 4.9% Black
Other +90% White states like Maine and Vermont also have good sizes
Meanwhile the 2 states with the biggest black population; D.C. (44%) and Mississipi (38%) are slightly over 6 inches
