>>19301077Pick a goal weight first and try to set smaller step goals. Losing 100 lbs is huge. Losing ten lbs isn't. As for the actual mechanisms:
>eat ketoDon't eat anything with sugar, don't eat anything with carbs. Your main macro should always be protein. Fats will help keep you satiated but it's very difficult to overeat on protein. You're trying to preserve muscle mass while losing fat. Modern sugar diets will make you lose muscle without losing any of the fat. You don't need to fall for the bacon bomb almond bread bullshit 50 year old widows shove into fad keto but there are still resources for what you should and shouldn't eat out there. Beef, eggs, chicken, cheese, and water were my go-to.
>eat one meal a dayThis helps build discipline while limiting how much you can realistically eat. One 1000 calorie meal of meat, eggs, and cheese is huge. Alternatively
>eat one meal every other daySame as above but will get you to your goal much faster and will do wonders for your discipline.
>fix any imbalances or deficienciesGet some magnesium citrate and potassium chloride salt. Fat people are usually horribly deficient in minerals and vitamins. Vitamin D + magnesium work together and will help your mood. Don't use shitty oxide pills.
You're gonna make it. You'll feel the inflammation in your joints disappear and you'll feel lighter. Your brain will begin working better. It's worth working on as much as your surroundings.
