This is merely my experience with no nut. I made it through No Nut November but decided to keep going up until late Dec 31. So far within that tine frame I started having dreams way more often. I felt greater waking up and felt less sleepy should I have to awaken earlier. I'll post results of the effects of my final nut should a similar thread pop up in Feb.
