>>19370542dumb retard, you should take a basic biology class. just because you have a gene doesn't mean it's actually activated. most of the genes in your dna are actually inactive at any one time. dna expression is highly regulated by transcription factors, dna methylation/acetylation, and other epigenetic factors. the cell only activates a certain gene when certain conditions are met (e.g. your cell detects glucose outside its membrane so it activates genes that code for proteins involved in importing and breaking down glucose). hope you learned something today shit for brains
