buy a squatty potty. you probably have shit compacted in your body . i wouldnt be surprised if you fast for 3 days that you still shit the first 48hr without food . maybe even more than that
i went from 220 to 140. it took me a while and i drank booze and would eat mcdonalds sometimes. but really sticking to one meal a day as best you can and just walk and some light exercise and you will lose the weight
i dont know what your budget is but switch to healthier food if you can afford. stop the bread. you will have the best progress if you are completely disciplined. but if you slip up its okay. youre on the road to recovery. stay clean
prayer can help. especially during the fasts
idk if youre a Christian, but it is recommended for Christians to fast. Jesus did it. lots of saints did. its good.
