dont over do it on coffee (it will have an adverse effect and make you sleep)

coffee should only be used to prevent you from sleeping (i.e. in a ruined sleep schedule sort of way) not in hopes that it'll make you feel energized

Lots of light, but vary the location and light type, prefering blue-hued for longer periods (it will start to hurt so like noted move them). Stand up when you get sleepy. Eat. Jog in place every so often or get on a treadmill.

Honestly, it's not good for you, better to just sleep and do whatever the next day.
