That person got hit by a car, damage already done, and they got up and moved on their own volition to safety. Hopefully to call an ambulance instead of slowly dying of internal bleeding. Long story short when shit like this happens the only thing you should do is call your country's 911 equivalent. You can actually kill someone quite easily trying to move them after a serious injury.
