Wife dropped 30 kg in barely 5 months when we met. Just with /fit/ shiet. I cook so good that I sexed because of it more than a few times, thank God. When you cook your shit you start eating it like someone spoiled a movie y'know. You made it so you know the "ending". It really curbs my apetite. The few times I eat out or so eone cooks for me in the year I can eat double the amount.
I know its not easy, and you sound like food has you by the huevos, and wont be that asshole that says "just eat less"
But if you are willing to choose that path, at least try to drop it as soon as your weight goals are achieved. Sooner, if you can, so you dont get any rebound effects and get used to eat without nausea inducing drugs my brah.
Nurse and dietitian. I reached a good 120 kg in my youth. But since I started the strenght training and high prote0ns diet everything got adjusted in less than a year. Also high animal ñrotein food usually will have, per 100 grams, perfectly half the calories and even less than a quarter if you put, for example, meat/fish vs fries. Its absurd how many calories the "normie" ready to eat food has.
I even went to mcdonalds or burger king daily and downed 4/5 burgers when I was in my natty deadlift Spain record years (not that anyone cares about natty shiet nowadays. We have herculean beasts who roided to surpass...but the day I reached 270 kg the gym monitor was like "Bro you broke the regional record".
Its all about calories, my sur. Also carbs really are addictive and make you eat more since without animal protein, the body signals that you need to munch more food while you are not satiated and way beyond your calories for that day.
Start eating meat and fish. Lots. Its the primary food. Then see if you can fast/reduce the amounts of meals in a day (I only eat dinner for years now. That way I can eat way past the emboste point and not go overboard with calories)
