Yes, the FBI was set up the beheading PSYOP as they attempted simultaneously setting up another project in Saginaw, Michigan. The FBI had hoped that Judge Andre Borrello of Saginaw County 10th Circuit Court would provoke his judicial intern into reacting in a negative way to his intentional discrimination and use of public office for private interests, namely attempting to collect a $100,000 reward.
All this occurred last June. However, the FBI's narrative is collapsing because the judicial intern is an honest, innocent person.
