i did CICO, it didn´t work
before going fat.
i always did 3 meals a day, didn´t even got fat
because of my job i got 10 kg over my normaly weight, because i was doing night job and didn´t eat proper food for some time, i got 10kg.
then i went to a nutricionist, that prepared my meals, and all this shit about eating 3 and 3 hours i had 6 meals a day, all CICO and shit.
first month i lost 15kg, second month i stopped losing weight, then all the weight came back and over.
i got 30kg of over weight in the end.
sometimes i think this CICO shit and 3hours meals fucked my thyroids forever.
i even managed to learn how to prepare my macros my calories, 500cal deficit and that shit dont work.
now i am thinking of doing vegan for some time never tried it, or eating fish as only protein source, i saw some hollywood actress that eat their carbs from fruits and protein from fish to maintain healthy body.
