Children don't use their money to pay for phones and data plans to access unrestricted internet, it is the parents who buy those phones, it is the parents who give those phones to their children, it is the parents who think that they can just let a screen raise their children and if it doesn't work it's the screen's fault and not their own laziness.
It's fascinating how the same conservatives who say "noooooooo, health care shouldn't exist, if you can't pay your medical bills it's your fault!" think that it's okay for the state to become an overprotective nanny when they can use intervention as an excuse to introduce massive censorship.
