I've gone back and forth on this particular issue many times over the years. Right now, if I had to guess with a gun to my head, I would say they are real.
They're some kind of blend create with spectacular sense of perception and perhaps even a degree of clairvoyance which allows them to select when and if they are seen. Of course the military with their hyper advanced equipment and direct line into all communication that takes place with electronic means, or in the presence of electronics, knows that they are real based on their own footage/data and by evesdropping on communications of ordinary citizens. They won't confirm the existence of these things for obvious reasons.
I want the best material you have on this stuff. No shitty discovery channel tier shows that are lame and designed for unintelligent rednecks. My favorite stuff are Sasquatch Chronicles podcats featuring retired police officer or military guys, because those are the most credible to me
