I finally cracked the code!

"Philo of Alexandria"= King Herod's granddaughter Salome III aka Cleopatra (Thea Philopator) of Mauretania or Cleopatra IX aka Pythodorida Philometor aka Helene aka Drusilla of Mauretania aka Julia Ourania of Parthia who was the daughter of Cleopatra Selene II aka Queen Thea Muse Ourania. She was also 'Antonia Caenis' Vespasian's mistress. She was the head teacher/principal of the Alexandrian School and lived mostly in Alexandria up until Caligula's death before then moving to Rome
