You have two options, sit in self pity and wallow in your lack of confidence and self esteem, end result, miserable and boring existence. Move on.
Option 2, live life a little, embarrass yourself but enjoy the moment.
There is no option 3, you're deluding yourself into thinking there 'might be a way' there isn't. Stop this behavior.
Now if you take option 2 here's how you enjoy life. It won't work, but shit maybe it will? I don't know how ugly you are.
1. Do not walk up to said girl, do not approach her, do not even think about it. When she is near you, alone or not paying direct attention to you. Grin, mentally boost your confidence for a second.
2. Say, "Hey baby u wnt sum fuck?"
3. Don't drop grin... if she isn't instantly repulsed, her female brain is actually considering it. A sudden and vulgar show of confidence confuses and switches signals.
4. If she responds with "Wait.. what?" followed by any kind of nervous signal- immediately follow up with "You heard me" - LOOK INTO HER SOUL!! Just kidding don't be weird, raise an eyebrow to prompt a response.
5. Once she rejects you, and she will at first, smile, give a small laugh (preferably masculine) Do a quick scan at her eyes to her feet as you say - "Whelp, that was your only chance." And walk away. Always have an exit.
You may be surprised how good it feels to live a little, you might be shocked if she runs after you to ask if you were serious or joking. You can be aloof if that happens. The whole "chance" and "missing out" plays tricks on the female mind that makes them question there very sanity, giving you opportunity once their guard is down.
Practice this a few times, and you'll understand how basic and simple women folk can be.
