Happens most is sitting or half sitting position - it's the most tricky one to get right. Once I fixed it I am either on or off - full of energy and focused on the task or ready to take a nap or fully fall asleep. The time in a day when I'm tired, in a bad mood, ruminating, sleepy but can't fall asleep, doing compulsive, stupid and damaging things to soothe my hurting insides reduced dramatically.
