Water. Sqeezed lemon, grapefruit, orange, citrus in the morning. No sugar not shit added. This is to make your blood less thick.
Green tea or coffee sugarless, hot.
3 boiled eggs with salt.
Nothing else, eat 4 or 5, if 3 is not enough. No mustard, no mayonnaise, no ketchup, no bread, no rice, nothing but the hard boiled eggs and some salt.
This has to keep you going until lunch.
If you're fat or skinnyfat you will feel like going crazy. Go for a walk or take a shower or something.
By the time its lunch you will have burned the eggs and whatever residual stuff from yesterday.
Fry on hogs fat a Kg of beef or pork or chicken. Or fish.
Eat only that. No sauces, no bread, nothing else. No gummy bears, no sugary drinks, nothing excpet the meat.
Thats it for that day. You can drink water, tea, but nothing else.
Your next meal is tommorow morning.
Again the boiled eggs.
You want to try this for at least 3 days but better a week.
So you certainly have nothing in your intestines from before and you tap into your fat reserves for energy.
Your fat reserves that contain lots of nasty shit from your current bad diet.
Thats why walking, showers and citrus drinks are important.
Then after that week you judge whats happening to you and tweak the diet by adding rice, or bread, or soup in the evening.
But understand how toxic packaged processed food is.
