i always end up fixing my sleep by skipping a whole day of sleep. i can't fix it by sleeping early, it always makes it worse.

I can't pull all nighters like a teenager anymore. I usually fix it by looping around, but those nights where I wake up at 8 PM are the worst. I'm gonna try to fix it by sleeping for like 3 hours.
