basically, it could be allergic, or your body isn't getting what it needs for proper cell maintainence and you're getting a type of immune response, but if you balance your fats, try more butter, duck fat, tallow, avoid any of that liquid candy shite called juice, take a long hard look in the mirror if you're even thinking about sweetie bon-bon sodas.
in any or all cases, it's a mixture of causes, as dandruff is an imbalance of naturally occurring cultures, one might outgrow the others and boom, dandruff, be sure to get your selenium and zinc too. I'd say take a multivitamin with a real, reasonable mineral support but they all have fucking toxic ass fake b12 and folic acid.
also, ditch the soap, cleansers, moisturizers, etc your body should be fine to take care of that shit on its own, use some all natural 1 ingredient olive oil or coconut oil soap that 100% natty stuff and maybe a natural lufa.
use less detergent on your clothes, if you think you need the 3 line you really need 1, if you think your need 4, your really need 1. get the hypoallergenic dryer sheets.
