I always said this is the result of miserable /qa/ fags and such spamming threads where people posted anime pics and had conversations with each other, calling them "discordfags." Now all we get is either racebait spammers or this, cause it's all that's allowed without getting spammed to death. It's the talk of a broken community with learned helplessness.
