I don't feel bad. The helmet may have been symbolic. It only comes up in a poem and who knows what Fáfnir actually means. It may be a kenning for something completely different. Iceland was one of the countries I played as in ck3 (I also did Moldova a couple times and 2 separate persians). I managed to conquer Ireland and a bit of England but got destroyed by adventurers and some scandinavians alliec with England

Idk. Their Sturlunga album is a collection of poems from the saga of the Sturlungs from the 13th century during the civil war. A favorite of mine is the "upp skaltu á kjöl klífa" because it's supposedly a poem by a man before he was executed and he's just coming to terms with his fate. Another one is "Hverir vökðu mér varman dreyra" which is about someone who is probably lamenting the fact that Iceland has been subjugated by Norway and how the thought of hunting down and killing Jarl Gissur, an icelandic goði who became the Jarl of Iceland and was responsible for its subjugation, makes him happy. They style their music on medieval music in general, so there's nothing much like them except maybe Harald Foss

It doesn't necessarily have to be too similar. I like some of Fuimadane's & Heilung's pieces too, and Danheim's Mannavegr was probably one of the most crucial albums that captured my attention toward northern european culture.
