Why don't fast-food places make/use napkin bags? Most of the time I don't even use the napkins they give me because they shove them in the bag with the greasy food and the napkins become greasy themselves. Most people will just throw the greasy napkins away without using them. With napkin bags they could give people fewer napkins because no napkins would be going to waste becoming grease mops.
